Keystone settings keeps resetting after a few minutes, then you have to adjust it again to make it rectangular. Is this a board or software issue ? Anybody knows the fix on this model please ?

M115HD projects blue tinted screen
We are trying to troubleshoot why we have a blue tinted screen when projecting videos. We've tested with two laptops and 3 different connection cords (vga, hdmi, other). No luck. I've called Dell and they cannot tell me what the problem is nor can they refer me to a repair shop. Their solution, pay $500 and purchase a new projector. The projector is pretty new. At $500 a pop, it shouldn't be a throwaway device. I've gone through the menu on the projector to see if I can color correct. It's set correctly to the proper output connection and in movie mode. Can anyone assist?

extending display to a TV - VGA to HDMI
This seems easy but it is challenging. I am trying to connect my laptop (Dell inspiron 1545 - 2010- windows 7 ) to a flat LCD TV 32" screen. Dell shipped me a HDMI adapter with a female jack 0n one side and HDMI on the other. while my laptop port is also a female. So I took an adapter with both sides being male ( I use it to extend display on 20" monitor) and connected one side to laptop and the other to the adapter that Dell sent me. The other end of the Dell adapter is the HDMI that goes in to the TV, I changed my screen resolution to 'extend these displays' - nothing happens on TV - anyone can help?

Dell 7609WU projector. Display Port does not connect to laptop DP.
Presently I use a Dell Latitude E6500 connected to two Dell 7609WU projectors for 3D projection with a Matrox DualHead2Go DP box.
In order to get smoother execution of slideshows I have bought a Dell Precision M4800 laptop. However, the connection between the DP ports on the laptop and the projectors does not work, even when the laptop is connected to one projector without the Matrox box. When trying to connect (Fn F8) the display on the laptop changes to 1950x1200, but the projector screen is still blue, and choosing Display Port in the projector setup does not change anything. The laptop has Win 7/64, but I intend to upgrade to Win 10.
There is a FW upgrade avaliable for the projector. Should I try? It looks very complicated.
Any help will be much appeciated. The alternative is to return the laptop to Dell.

Ceiling mounted 4320 can't get level
I have two Dell 4320 projectors with the Dell ceiling mounts for suspended ceilings. Because the screw holes for the mount are off to one side it causes more weight on one side of the projector. Since it is not balanced, one side hangs lower than the other creating a tilted image on the wall. What are some suggestions to level the image?

S500wi Interactive Projector - USB-A port no longer powers external device
We have 4 Dell s500wi Interactive Projectors. We have a Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter (WDA) plugged into the HDMI port of each. The USB to power the WDA is plugged into the USB-A port of the s500wi. This has been working fine for 5 months. Recently one of the projectors USB-A port has gone dead, i.e. it no longer powers the WDA. The other projectors are still working.
Is the USB-A port power a configurable item? Is there a fuse for it or some other way to reset it? Is it a serviceable/replaceable part?

remote not communicating to computer
The remote works, in that it can power the projector on and off, but the page up/down buttons do not work in PowerPoint. I've checked the cable connecting the projector to the computer and it seems fine. Had the same problem on two different computers, both notebooks with built-in mouse pads. Could there be a conflict between the keyboard/mouse drivers in the notebooks and the remote simulated keystrokes? Or could those two particular buttons on the remote have just stopped working? Haven't used the projector in months, but it has been stored at room temperature in a humidity controlled environment.

m210x projector color wheel problem
Hi guys,
My Dell m210x projector suddenly shut itself off, with the lamp and temp light blinking amber, and the power light solid blue. According to the manual, this is a color wheel failure. I opened the projector and noticed the color wheel is doing a fine job - nothing unusual, just spinning very fast with hardly any noise.
Does this error message mean anything else or can it be that the color wheel is broken, although it doesn't appear so?

4220 - Projector Shut-down causes monitor sleep mode
Installed a Dell 4220 projector with a dedicated desktop and monitor. VGA cable goes from desktop to projector and from projector to monitor. When the projector shuts down, the monitor goes into sleep mode. Is there a way to keep the monitor on regardless of the projector status or did we miss something in setup?

Dell Projector 2400MP VGA / HDMI Adapter
Help!
I am attempting to begin hosting some neighborhood films outdoors and after dusting my faithful Dell Projector 2400 I see that it is not compatible to my Dell Chromebook (which has no DVD Player.

Dell 5100MP not detecting any input signal
I bought two DELL 5100MP about four years ago (let's call them P1 and P2), and apart from replacing a bulb on one they were working well for my home theatre - BluRay DVD (HDMI) and laptop (VGA) projection.
One projector (P1) is okay. The other projector (P2) recently does not detect input signal - neither from Bluray player (HDMI) or from laptop (VGA) input. It will display a white screen with HDMI icon or VGA icon in bottom right depending on what I manually set it to detect, but it also says 'No signal" in middle of white, or blue projectred screen (with Dell icon in middle). Bulb is obviously working okay. It does not ever display the laptop desktop or the DVD images. I also swapped out the color wheel for a spare I bought in case it might help but it did not.
Also, the menu no longer shows option of "IMAGE SETTINGS" at top - it is dimmed out - as are the next three options: computer source, video source, PIP settings).

The next item, Network Settings is displayed in the menu and below that Management - so I can use Management to get into source - autodetect or manual.
I tried "factory reset" using the manual menu buttons on the projector top - which still work, as remote doesn't - the remote control also now does not work with it - it does not bring up any menu on the projected screen image. The remote works normally with P1. I have opened the projector up many times and checked the remote's wire connections inside the projector and they seem tight and okay.
Maybe I loosened something but I don't know what.
P1 works fine with BluRay/DVD and with laptop.
The remote is not important, but I need P2 to detect a signal. It's a great projector for Bluray - does anyone else use it for this? Would a dedicated 1080p 16 x 9 projector show a noticeable difference 9another topic!).
is this signal loss detection a common problem? Is there a simple solution? Could it be fixed? Or is it a hopeless hardware problem??

Dell 1210S projector not working
Hi,
We have employed around 30 dell projectors in our school. One of the projectors having model 1210S has a constant amber light on lamp and temperature. The model is purchased in 2015 so I still expect it to be under warranty. My express service code and service tag is not registered so I cannot get support from phone. Can any one throw light on what can be my next step?

Connecting Projector to Sony Surround receiver with HDMI
I have a Dell 1100MP Projector and I am trying to connect it to my Sony Receiver STR-DH520 by HDMI I want to no how do I connect it what settings do I put on the projector and what I put on the receiver. Sony told me to put the HDMI Cable in the out put. Now I don't no what to do from there I had connected once I don't remember what I did it was last year I had it connected.
